Any skipped cleans must be registered with reception with 1 x drink per person per skipped room clean available upon a minimum 2-night stay. Unless otherwise stated, all Packages and Offers offering overnight stays are based on 2 adults sharing a room. Family Package and Offers are based upon 2 adults and up to 2 children staying in a purpose designed family room. If additional child spaces are required, guests are required to inform the hotel directly upon booking.

The inclusions within each offer will be exactly as specified in the offer detail itself. Breakfast where included and unless otherwise stated, shall be a buffet breakfast selection, including a continental and full English breakfast offering. Room Service breakfast incurs a £5 tray charge.

Dinner, where included and unless otherwise stated, shall be a choice of two courses from the standard 1744 restaurant menu. Guests may order a 3^rd course for an additional £6 charge or additional beverages. Supplementary charges are payable on your dinner bill.

Children can choose from our family-friendly “Little Ones” menu with the option to upgrade to our Restaurant Menu for just £10 per child.

We are able to cater for all dietary requirements and allergies. For complex needs please contact the hotel directly.

Guests may take their dinner allocation as £25 per person to spend on food items from our Lounge menu, served in the lounge and bar areas. Alternatively, the allocation may be used on Room Service food items. Room Service outside of breakfast hours incurs a £7.50 tray charge.

Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant. Owners should enquire which areas of the lounges are suitable to eat with dogs present. There are only a very small number of dedicated dog-friendly rooms at the hotel and pets may only accompany guests with a pre-booked dog-friendly room. Dogs and pets incur a nightly charge of £10.

1. All joiner party event bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person within 7 days of a provisional booking being made.
2. Christmas Day Lunch and New Year’s Eve Gala events require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £30.00 per person within 7 days of a provisionally booking being made.
3. Due to demand, we will require full payment for Christmas Day and New Year’s eve events 6 weeks prior to the event dates and no refunds can be issued once full payment has been made. For bookings made within the 6 weeks, full payment is required on confirmation.
4. For all other events, full balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the event date. For bookings made within 4 weeks of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
5. You can add to your booking at any time (subject to availability), but if you need to reduce numbers, you won’t receive a refund for deposits paid prior to full payment or full payment if within the 4 weeks. Deposits cannot be transferred to cover drinks, accommodation or any other extras.
6. Should your party cancel after full pre-payment has been made no money will be refunded.

13. The party organiser is in charge of making all payments and guests within your party. All catering and pre-ordered drinks must be pre-paid no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
14. If a specific wine ordered is unavailable, you will receive one equally as good or better. Additional drinks may be pre-ordered on request.
15. Dress code – we respectfully ask our guests that smart casual wear be worn at all our Festive Events.
16. Smoking is not permitted indoors including vaping. There are designated areas outside the hotel entrances for smoking.
17. Dinner service will begin promptly so please arrive in good time so as not to inconvenience other guests.

18. If your party menu choices have not been returned to the team by 14 days prior to the event date, we reserve the right to allocate your menu choices for you which will not be amendable once chosen.

If you or any of your party have any dietary requirements, please make the Event Team aware at the time of booking and at the stage of providing your menu requirements to ensure these can be accommodated.

Liabilities

The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement or liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Room Allocation & Seating Arrangements

Unless stated, the party location will be determined by the Hotel. We reserve the right to split larger parties into smaller groups or smaller parties to be joined by other groups. The table plan for each event will be decided by the Hotel dependant on final guest numbers. We reserve the right to change the specific room location of an event if necessary whilst still providing the menu and entertainment listed.

Pricing

The Hotel reserves the right to increase the level of VAT subject to legislative increases. All prices include items as described in the brochure although, menu substitutions are possible depending on availability of products and ingredients.
