When you join the Retreat, our team will help develop a programme to suit your needs, making best use of the equipment on offer whether you’re looking to get fit or haven’t reviewed your training schedule in a while. If you’re a hotel guest, just pop in and use the facilities at your leisure.

If your goal is to improve your general fitness, you’re spoilt for choice with the facilities at the Retreat. Improve your endurance and stamina using our range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, exercise bikes and rowing machines.
